KB: You cannot start Report Builder when the site database uses SQL Server 2012 SP2 on a server that is running ConfigMgr 2007 SP2

When you use the Create Report Wizard to create a model-based report in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2), Report Builder is not started automatically. Instead, you see the browser try to open an address that resembles the following:

http://Your_Site_Server_Name/ReportServer/ReportBuilder/ReportBuilder.application?Model=/ConfigMgr_Your_Site_Code/Your_Chosen_Model_Name
